I was born in Estes Park, Colorado. The mountains are, and always will be, my roots.
In December of 2012, I went to Tulum, Mexico with a friend to a yoga retreat called Maya Tulum on the Caribbean. The sound of the waves crashing onto the white sand beaches reached inside me and I felt, strangely, like I had come home. And so, it is between these two places I live; in Frisco, Texas. I am forever grateful and honored to be a part of an incredible group of people worldwide studying, using and perfecting the Energy Psychology techniques of EFT and Matrix Reimprinting which I truly believe can improve health and wellbeing now - and for generations to come! |
The Journey
To be sure, it has been an interesting journey thus far! I began in medical school studying physical therapy in 1992. Neurology (neural pathways) in particular resonated. Later, my intrigue with the computer led me to programming (keying/tapping in code to affect pure electronic pathways).
Then in May of 2012, my whole world changed. I took up yoga and meditation. Six months later, I went through yoga teacher training which introduced me to yoga philosophy. From there I found Reiki and then (beginning in Tulum) EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, Energy Psychology, Epigenetics and META Medicine. I'm thinking now that the Universe has been trying to tell me that Energy work was always my calling. I just finally learned how to listen! Trust is a funny thing... I agreed to do EFT with Cindi just to help her with her certification process. I was so surprised to find that after just 30 minutes or so, I felt very different about an unhappy childhood memory. Thank you, thank you!!!

I certainly did not understand what all this strange looking tapping could accomplish. But I will tell you that it has definitely made a difference! I was finally able to understand why I reacted the way I did to certain things. I am a believer!

Cindi taught me EFT and I was amazed at how well it worked! It has been so helpful in reducing my anxiety!! Much better than any of the other methods I have tried! This should be shared with everyone!
