Frisco Area Matrix Reimprinting & EFT
This group is for beginners to advanced practitioners who would like a local (Frisco, TX) opportunity to learn, teach and/or practice these empowering tools.
EFT uses elements of Cognitive Therapy and Exposure Therapy, and combines them with Acupressure, in the form of fingertip tapping on acupuncture points. Over 20 clinical trials published in peer-reviewed medical and psychology journals have demonstrated that EFT is effective for phobias, anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, pain, and other problems.
Matrix Reimprinting combines EFT with understandings from epigenetic and quantum science, to create RAPID personal change. It is noted for its ability to quickly transform our relationship to our past, creating shifts in our emotional and physical well-being in the present.
Meetings will be held twice a month to start with. Possibly weekly meetings for those who are able and interested. We will focus on learning, practicing and education in the form of handouts, reading, videos and workshops.
